Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAP/KAT)

Our 5-week Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) program is recommended for those exploring ketamine as psychedelic medicine for mental health relief. Ketamine enhances psychological flexibility and effectively treats depression, anxiety, and other mental health conditions. Research shows that the treatment of mental health conditions requires several ketamine treatments, administered weekly, for more cumulative, long-lasting effects.

Previous participants reported reduced symptoms on assessment scales (PHQ-9 and HAM-A) and increased connection to self and others.

Conditions treated: Ketamine-assisted therapy has strong evidence for major depressive disorder and treatment-resistant depression, support benefits for acute suicidal ideation and PTSD, with emerging evidence for anxiety and substance use disorders. We see strong evidence in our own practices for childhood trauma and the ability to open up any negative beliefs one is holding on to in response to our environments and life experiences. Ketamine is also effective in every day problem solving by opening mental blocks, enhancing creativity and increasing cognitive flexibility.
